1. Who we are
These terms govern the use of the DUCRIPTO platform, operated by TRADING DUBANK LTDA, registered under CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) 54.005.758/0001-41, headquartered at Rua José Álvaro de Melo, 387, Piedade, Jaboatão dos Guararapes/PE, CEP 54400-380.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy policy and the Risk disclosure.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age and have full legal capacity, and must not reside in a jurisdiction where the service is prohibited. Some features require identity verification.
4. Account and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, your second authentication factor and your recovery phrase. DUCRIPTO will never ask for your recovery phrase.
5. Wallet
The wallet operates exclusively on the Solana network. Transactions confirmed on the blockchain are irreversible; always check the destination address.
6. Third-party services
Token swaps, identity verification, fiat purchases and the virtual card are provided with partners and are also subject to their terms.
7. Fees
Current fees are listed in to be published and are shown before each transaction.
8. Prohibited uses
Using the platform for unlawful activities, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DUCRIPTO is not liable for losses arising from price fluctuations, user error when sending funds or loss of the recovery phrase.
10. Amendments and jurisdiction
These terms may be updated with prior notice. The courts of to be published are elected as the competent venue, in accordance with Brazilian law.
