Security notices

We never ask for your password, code or key
Not by phone, email, text message or WhatsApp. Anyone who asks is trying to scam you.
Check the address before typing your password
The official address is ducripto.com. Be wary of links sent to you in messages.
Turn on two-step verification and a passkey
Two-step verification stops anyone who learns your password; a passkey signs you in without typing a password at all.
Be wary of pressure and urgency
“Account blocked”, “pay now”, “final notice”: scams rely on panic. Stop and check through an official channel.
